Below are answers to questions that others have asked about NBC Bookstore and the overall process of ordering and making payment.  If you have any further questions before ordering any books, please do not hesitate to ask.  Please direct your questions to the NBC Bookstore.

        1.  How may I contact the store with my questions?

As a special service, a help form is provided.  You may address any issue or question you may have concerning the NBC Bookstore.  If you do not wish to use this form, please use the alternate methods below.

        2.  Whom should I contact about my order if I have any questions?

3.  Are all Bible classes on video or DVDs?

At this time, video selections are limited to New Testament Greek and seminar-type Bible studies.  Although some of the college courses have been recorded, the post-production work has not yet been completed. 

       4.  Whom do I contact if I find something is wrong with the website?

Please contact our webmaster by e-mail.  Alternatively, you may fill in the following form to help.  The more detail you can give him, the more it will help him to locate and fix the problem.

How to Order

        1.  What is the process of ordering books from your store?

  • You may pay for your order by credit card or PayPal account.
  • Click on the "Add To Cart" button near the item.  You will be taken immediately to your shopping where you will see that your item has been added.
  • You may continue to shop or check out where shipping and postage will be added to your order.
